预见性护理防止早期肝性脑病病情加重的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Predictive Nursing to Prevent Aggravation of Early Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的观察预见性护理防止早期肝性脑病病情加重的临床护理效果。方法选取我院消化内科87例早期肝性脑病患者为研究对象,选取时间为2015年3月至2018年9月,按护理方法不同分为研究组44例、对比组43例,研究组予以预见性护理措施干预,对比组予以常规护理措施干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组护理效果与对比组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。与对比组患者遵医行为评分相比,研究组评分显著提升,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。与对比组SF-36评分相比,研究组评分显著提升,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对早期肝性脑病患者应用预见性护理措施,能有效防止早期肝性脑病病情加重,减轻患者的痛苦,有利于提升护理满意度,减少医患纠纷,提升患者生活质量及遵医行为,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of predictive nursing to prevent early hepatic encephalopathy aggravation.Methods From 87 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in the early of digestive diseases as the research object,select time for March 2015 to September 2018,according to the nursing methods of 44 cases divided into study group and comparison group 43 cases,the team shall be predictive nursing intervention,control group routine nursing intervention,compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results There was a significant difference in nursing effect between the study group and the comparison group(P<0.05).Compared with the compliance behavior scores in the comparison group,the study group was significantly higher,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the SF-36 scores in the comparison group,the study groups were significantly higher and significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing measures to patients with early hepatic encephalopathy can effectively prevent the aggravation of early hepatic encephalopathy,reduce the pain of patients,improve patients'quality of life and medical compliance,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce doctor-patient disputes.
