Nursing and Experience of Elderly Patients with Pneumonia

目的探讨老年肺炎患者的护理及心得。方法将医院2017年4月至2019年2月收治的80例老年肺炎患者使用随机分组方式,分成传统护理组(n=40)与全方位护理组(n=40),分别研究护理质量和效果。结果护理前,两组SF-36中8个维度的评分以及肺部炎症的相关监测指标以及肺功能康复指标比较,P>0.05;护理后,全方位护理干预组SF-36中8个维度的评分以及肺部炎症的相关监测指标以及肺功能康复指标均明显的比传统护理干预组好,P<0.05。全方位护理干预组中患者满意度、肺部炎症的相关监测指标以及肺功能康复指标、老年肺炎疾病知识的认知程度、老年肺炎注意事项的认知程度、咳嗽症状消失的时间、肺部啰音消失的时间、住院时间较传统护理干预组有优势,P<0.05。全方位护理干预组呼吸衰竭发生率低于传统护理干预组,P<0.05。全方位护理干预组呼吸衰竭总发生率5.00%,而传统护理干预组呼吸衰竭发生率22.50%。结论针对老年肺炎患者开展全方位的护理干预,获得的护理效果理想。

Objective To explore the nursing and experience of elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods The 80 elderly pneumonia patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were randomized into traditional nursing group(n=40)and comprehensive care group(n=40)to study the quality and effect of care respectively.Results Before nursing,the scores of SF-36 and related monitoring indicators of pulmonary inflammation were P>0.05.After nursing,the score of 8 dimensions of SF-36 and pulmonary inflammation were significantly better than the traditional care intervention group,P<0.05.In the comprehensive nursing intervention group,patient satisfaction,relevant monitoring indicators of pulmonary inflammation,pulmonary function rehabilitation indicators,geriatric pneumonia disease knowledge,cognition of geriatric pneumonia precautions,time of cough symptoms disappearance,time of lung rale disappearance,and hospitalization time had advantages compared with the traditional nursing intervention group,P<0.05.The incidence of respiratory failure was lower in the comprehensive care intervention group than in the conventional care intervention group,P<0.05.The total incidence of respiratory failure in the comprehensive care intervention group was 5.00%,compared with 22.50%in the traditional care intervention group.Conclusion A full range of nursing intervention for elderly patients with pneumonia has achieved an ideal nursing effect.
