The Nature,Characteristics and Monopoly Governance of Platform Enterprise

平台企业在给人们的生活带来便利的同时,发展过程中也存在着一些问题。平台企业具有企业和市场的双重性质;具有跨边网络外部性和多属性两大突出特征。在分析平台企业的垄断治理问题后,提出建立双重监管体系,将平台企业的私人监管与政府部门的公共监管相结合的建议。

While platform enterprises bring a lot of convenience to people’s lives,there are also some problems in the development process.Platform enterprises have the dual natures of enterprises and markets with two prominent characteristics of cross-edge network externalities and multi-attributes.After analyzing the monopoly governance of platform enterprises,this paper comes up with the suggestions such as establishing a dual supervision system,and combining the private supervision of platform enterprises with the public supervision of government departments.
