摘要 为探究不同密度岩棉板的性能,选取4种不同密度岩棉板,对其吸湿性、吸水性、耐高温性、导热系数、抗拉强度进行试验。结果表明,岩棉板吸湿率、吸水率、高温后质量损失率随着密度的增大而降低。干燥状态下岩棉板导热系数随着密度增大而提高;吸水状态下岩棉板导热系数随着密度增大而降低。干燥状态下岩棉板抗拉强度随着密度的增大而增大;吸水状态下岩棉板抗拉强度降低,并且随着密度增大降幅减小。综合试验结果,建议选择密度为140kg·m^(-3)和160kg·m^(-3)的岩棉板作为外墙保温材料。 In order to explore the performance of rock wool boards with different densities,four rock wool boards with different densities were selected to test their moisture absorption,water absorption,high temperature resistance,coefficient of thermal conductivity and tensile strength.The result shows that the moisture absorption,water absorption and mass loss rate of rock wool boards decreased with the increase of density;in the dry state the thermal conductivity of rock wool board increased with the increase of density,while under water absorption state the thermal conductivity of rock wool board decreased with the increase of density;in the dry state,the tensile strength of rock wool boards increased with the increase of density,while decreased in the water absorption state and the decline rate decreased with the increase of density.Based on the test result,it is recommended to select rock wool boards with densities of 140kg/m^(3) and 160kg/m^(3) as external wall insulation materials.
