摘要
食品微生物有效检测直接关系到消费者的健康,是食品安全控制的关键和重要内容。阐述了食品微生物的检测内容,分析了检测工作所面临的困境,从食品样品的采集和保存、检测系统的强化保障、环境质量以及实验人员的管理等方面入手,对食品微生物检测质量监控的优化路径进行分析,为食品安全水平的进一步提高创造良好的条件。
The effective detection of food microorganism is directly related to the health of consumers and is seen as a key step of quality control of food safety.This paper first expounds the detection content of food microorganisms.It then analyzes the difficulties faced by the detection.From the collection and preservation of food samples,the strengthening guarantee of detection system,the environmental quality and the management of laboratory personnel,the paper gives an detailed analysis on the optimized path of food microbiological detection quality control,hoping to create good conditions for the further improvement of food safety level.
