摘要
共青团活动是凝聚青年、服务青年的重要方式,为满足高校人才培养要求,需要将协同育人理念植入高校共青团活动。协同育人理念下可通过规范机制,加强品牌管理保障;优化质量,明确品牌培育目标;协同育人,扩大品牌辐射范围;聚焦需求,精准服务品牌受众来创新共青团活动。
The communist Youth League activity is an important way to unite and serve the youth.In order to meet the requirements of talent training in colleges and universities,it is necessary to implant the concept of collaborative education into the activities of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.This paper comes up with some measures to innovate the Communist Youth League activities under the concept of collaborative education,including strengthening brand management guarantee by standardizing mechanism,clearing brand cultivation objectives.by optimizing the quality,expanding the scope of brand radiation through collaborative education,and precisely serving brand audience with focus on the demands,etc.
