摘要
针对某电厂一起由于断煤造成的磨煤机爆燃事故,通过现场试验和分析,对断煤发生后磨煤机内煤粉的非稳态传热过程进行热平衡计算,得到了断煤后磨煤机内煤粉温度的升温特性,分析了爆燃原因,提出了防止断煤爆燃的措施,对电厂磨煤机的安全稳定运行提供了参考。
Aiming at a coal mill deflagration accident caused by coal interruption in a power plant,the unsteady heat transfer process of coal powder in coal mill after coal interruption is calculated by field test and analysis.The heating characteristics of pulverized coal temperature in coal mill were obtained,and the reason of deflagration was analyzed.The measures to prevent coal deflagration were put forward,which provided reference for safe and stable operation of coal mill in power plant.
