摘要
对某国产PEEK绝缘材料的基础性能及耐辐照性能进行试验研究,并且与同类进口材料的性能进行比较。结果表明:国产材料的基础性能参数均满足电气贯穿件的使用要求;经过不同辐照剂量的试验,国产材料表现出较好的耐辐照性能。国产PEEK绝缘材料与进口材料性能接近,可以替代进口材料。
An experimental research was conducted on the basic performance and the radiation resistance performance of a domestic polyetheretherketone(PEEK)insulating material,and the performances of the domestic material and the imported material were compared.Results show that the basic performance parameters of the insulating material all can satisfy the using requirements,and through the experiments with different doses,the insulating material exhibits a better radiation resistance performance.The performance of the domestic material is similar to that of the imported material,and therefore the domestic material can instead of the imported material.
