F级燃气轮机燃料阀技改后NO_(x)排放异常分析及处理

摘要 针对某F级燃气轮机燃料阀技改后氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放量出现异常升高的问题,对影响因素进行分析,并采取相应处理措施。结果表明:对燃料阀控制逻辑算法进行优化后,天然气流量会相应地降低,NO_(x)排放量可以恢复至正常范围内。 To solve the problem of the abnormal high oxynitride(NO_(x))emission after the fuel valve retrofitting in an F-class gas turbine,analyses were conducted on the influencing factors,and corresponding treatments were carried out.Results show that,with the optimization on the control logic algorithm of the fuel valve,the gas flow can be reduced accordingly,while the NO_(x)emission can be restored to a normal range.
