覆盆子果实中鞣花酸含量变化与影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究覆盆子果实中鞣花酸含量变化及其影响因素,采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定浙江省不同种植基地、不同采收期的覆盆子果实中鞣花酸含量。结果发现,鞣花酸在果实表面覆盖茸毛部位上积累较多,直径为0.5~0.8 cm果实中鞣花酸含量高,在不同的种植基地中,生长海拔约为630 m、生长采收期在4月中旬采摘的覆盆子果实中鞣花酸含量高。研究结果可为覆盆子药材的种植基地选择及采收时间提供指导依据,并为建立覆盆子果实中鞣花酸的含量控制技术体系以及质量综合评价奠定基础。 In order to study the content change of ellagic acid in Rubus chingii Hu and its influencing factors,ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was used to determine the content of ellagic acid in Rubus chingii Hu from different planting bases and different harvesting periods in Zhejiang Province.The results showed that ellagic acid was mainly accumulated in the villi,and the contents of ellagic acid were high in the Rubus chingii Hu with the diameter of 0.5~0.8 cm.The contents of ellagic acid were high in the Rubus chingii Hu of different planting bases in Zhejiang Province with the growth altitude of about 630 m and the growth and harvesting date in mid-April.The results of this study can provide systematic guidance for the cultivation and harvesting of Rubus chingii Hu,and lay a foundation for the establishment of the content control system and quality evaluation of ellagic acid in Rubus chingii Hu.
