水库移民后期扶持资源整合研究

“十四五”规划是水库移民20年扶持期的最后一个五年规划,该阶段直接决定水库移民扶持结果及效益,故必须重视水库移民后期扶持资源整合工作。基于此,首先阐述“十四五”背景下的水库移民后期扶持新要求,进一步结合甘肃省张掖市山丹县水库移民后期扶持情况展开分析,讨论水库移民后期扶持期间可能遇见的关键问题,并提出相应的解决策略,为“十四五”时期水库移民后期扶持工作的开展提供依据。

The"14th Five-Year Plan"is the last five-year plan for the 20-year support period of reservoir resettlement,which directly determines the results and benefits of reservoir resettlement support,so we must pay attention to the integration of reservoir resettlement support resources in the later stage.Based on this,this paper first expounds the new requirements of reservoir resettlement support in the later stage in the context of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and further analyzes the later-stage support situation of reservoir resettlement in Shandan County of Zhangye City,Gansu Province.The key problems that may be encountered during the late support period of reservoir resettlement are discussed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,so as to provide a basis for the support work of reservoir resettlement in the later stage of the"14th Five-Year Plan".
