丽江市乡村振兴发展对策研究

丽江市实施乡村振兴战略以来,产业体系日益丰富、内生动力不断增强,美丽丽江建设成效显著。但是个别农村也存在基础设施不完善、产业体系不健全、人才储备不丰富等一系列问题,成为制约乡村社会经济可持续发展的主要障碍。文章在总结乡村振兴发展成功经验和深入剖析当前发展问题的基础上,分别从完善配套制度、发展特色产业、加快城乡融合、出台扶持政策和重视人才储备等方面,提出促进乡村振兴发展的具体对策,以期为新时期丽江市各地农村的健康发展提供一定的帮助。

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Lijiang City,the industrial system has become increasingly rich,the endogenous power has been continuously strengthened,and the construction of beautiful Lijiang has achieved remarkable results.However,some rural areas also have a series of problems such as imperfect infrastructure,imperfect industrial system,and insufficient talent pool,which have become the main obstacles to the sustainable development of rural society and economy.On the basis of summarizing the successful experience of rural revitalization development and in-depth analysis of the current development problems,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to promote rural revitalization and development from the aspects of perfecting supporting systems,developing characteristic industries,speeding up the integration of urban and rural areas,issuing supporting policies,attaching importance to talent reserve,etc.,in order to provide some help for the healthy development of rural areas in Lijiang City in the new period.
