摘要
笔头磨损是影响直液式水性墨水圆珠笔划线质量及长度的关键因素。本文通过对书写摩擦因数、划线质量和长度的对比测试,研究了墨水中添加正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯与石墨烯微粒对笔头润滑及磨损的影响。结果表明:墨水中同时添加正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和超细微粒(200~500nm)石墨烯,可降低书写摩擦因数,有效提高球珠润滑度并抑制笔头磨损,实现良好的书写体验。灌注该墨水的直液式水性墨水圆珠笔抗漏性能好、出墨均匀、书写手感顺滑、线迹饱满,书写摩擦因数低至0.183,划线长度可达1400 m。
Pen tip wear is a key factor affecting the quality and length of free ink rollerball pen. In this paper, through comparative tests on writing friction coefficient, marking quality and length, the effect of adding n-octanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and graphene particles in the ink on the lubrication and wear of the pen is studied. The results show that the addition of n-octanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and ultrafine particles(200~500 nm) graphene to the ink can reduce the writing friction coefficient, effectively improve the lubricity of the ball and inhibit the wear of the pen tip, and achieve a good writing experience. Free ink rollerball pen filled with the ink has good leakage resistance, uniform ink output, smooth writing feel, full stitches, writing friction coefficient as low as 0.183, and marking length up to 1400 m.
