摘要
文章主要结合职业院校技能大赛汽车检测与维修赛项中的车身电气故障诊断与排除项目,以迈腾B8L2.0T车辆车窗系统故障为例,对迈腾B8L2.0T车辆车窗玻璃升降器系统的组成、结构和控制原理进行详细理论剖析,同时对试题设计思路和诊断排除流程进行了分步骤分析和介绍,为职业院校汽车检测与维修专业教师和竞赛指导教练提供车身电器故障诊断教学案例,同时也可为参赛学生和一线职工对同类型故障诊断与排除提供思路,培养汽车维修专业技术技能型人才。
This paper mainly combined with the item of Body Electric Fault malfunction in the automobile detection and maintenance competition of vocational college skill contest, taking the malfunction of the vehicle window system of Magotan B8L2.0T as an example, the composition,structure and control principle of the window glass elevator system for Volkswa-gen Magotan B8L2.0T vehicle are analyzed in detail, and the design thought of the test questions and the process of diagnosis and elimination are analyzed and introduced step by step, this paper provides a teaching case for the professional teachers and competition coaches of automobile inspection and maintenance in vocational colleges. It also provides ideas for the students and the staff to diagnose and remove the same type of faults, training technical talents of automobile maintenance specialty.
