摘要
为了在MBBR反应器中实现稳定的部分亚硝化,通过对MBBR装置填料布设在试验阶段进行改良,控制曝气方式、pH、温度和HRT等参数达到最高运行负荷,分析装置的启动及影响。结果表明,改良MBBR采用合理布设K3填料和组合填料在39 d内实现了部分亚硝化,亚硝酸盐积累率(NAR)达到84%,K3填料在挂膜稳定期氨氧化速率(AOR)贡献率超过70%,氮负荷(NLR)维持在(0.33±0.01)kg/(m^(3)·d)。
In order to realize stable partial nitrosation in MBBR reactor, the filler layout of MBBR unit was improved in the experimental stage, the parameters such as aeration mode, pH, temperature and HRT were controlled to reach the maximum operating load, and the startup and influence of the unit were analyzed. The results showed that the modified MBBR achieved partial nitrification within 39 days by reasonably arranging K3 filler and combined filler, the nitrite accumulation rate(NAR) reached 84%, the contribution rate of ammonia oxidation rate(AOR) of K3 filler in the stable period of film hanging was more than 70%, and the nitrogen load(NLR) was maintained at(0.33±0.01) kg/(m^(3)·d).
