浙商文化传承体系在高校的构建与实践——以浙江商业职业技术学院为例

Practice and Construction of Inheritance System of Zhejiang Business Culture in Colleges and Universities——Taking Zhejiang Business College as an example

将浙商文化融入大学生商业素质教育,是高校落实立德树人的重要内容,是传承浙江精神的必经途径。基于浙商文化素质体系的"五元维度",深入研究浙商文化与新时代企业家精神在高校的传承发现,高校应充分发挥产教融合校企双向交流优势,将企业文化精神、专业文化知识、职业文化素质融入高校商业素质教育体系和教学内容,以文育人、以文感人,探索培育具有专业知识技能和人文情感、商业精神高度融合的新时代高质量人才。

Integrating Zhejiang business culture into college students’business quality education is important for colleges and universities to implement moral education and a necessary way to inherit Zhejiang spirit.Based on the“five dimensions”of Zhejiang business culture quality system,and deep study on the inheritance of Zhejiang business culture and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities in the new era,it is found that colleges and universities should give full play to the advantages of two-way communication between enterprises and colleges under the integration of education with industry,and integrate corporate culture,professional knowledge and professional cultural quality into the business quality education system and teaching plan.Meanwhile,it pays to educate students with literature,and explore and cultivate high-quality talents with professional knowledge and skills,humanistic emotion and business spirit in the new era.
