不同施N肥方式对榉树容器苗生长特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different nitrogen application methods on the growth characteristics of Zelkova schneideriana container seedlings

摘要 本试验旨在通过对榉树(Zelkova schneideriana)容器苗实施指数施肥和传统施肥两种不同施肥模式,综合分析各施肥处理对榉树容器苗生长特性(包括苗高、地径和生物量)的影响,探索出最适榉树容器苗生长的施肥量和施肥策略,为榉树容器苗的高效培育提供理论和实践依据。本研究采用完全随机区组设计,设置不施肥(CK)、传统施肥(MF1000、MF1500、MF2000、MF4000)和指数施肥(EF1000、EF1500、EF2000、EF4000)共9个施肥处理,分别测定不同施肥处理榉树容器苗的苗高、地径、生物量。试验结果如下:施肥能显著提高榉树容器苗的苗高、地径生长量和根、茎、叶生物量。传统施肥在施肥量为2000 mg·株^(-1)时苗高和地径达到最大值,分别为84.23 cm和8.18 mm,是CK的1.39倍和1.09倍,而在施肥量为1500 mg·株^(-1)时全株生物量达到最大值,为30.04 g,是CK的1.86倍;指数施肥在施肥量为4000 mg·株^(-1)时苗高达到最大值,为85.46 cm,是CK的1.41倍,而在施肥量为2000 mg·株^(-1)时地径和全株生物量达到最大值,分别为8.19 mm和36.16 g,是CK的1.09倍和2.24倍。综合各指标得出指数施肥方法施氮2000 mg·株^(-1)在本试验中最有利于榉树容器苗生长。 This experiment aims to comprehensively analyze the effects of each fertilization treatment on the growth characteristics(including seedling height,ground diameter,and biomass)of Zelkova schneideriana container seedlings through exponential fertilization and traditional fertilization.To explore the optimal fertilization amount and fertilization strategy for the growth of Z.schneideriana container seedlings,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the efficient cultivation of Z.schneideriana container seedlings.In this study,a completely randomized block design was adopted,with 9 fertilization treatments were applied including CK(without fertilization),traditional fertilization(MF1000,MF1500,MF2000,MF4000)and exponential fertilization(EF1000,EF1500,EF2000,EF4000).The seedling height,ground diameter,biomass were measured.The test results were as follows:Fertilization could significantly increase seedling height,ground diameter growth as well as root,stem and leaf biomass of Z.schneideriana container seedlings.When the traditional fertilization amount was 2000 mg per seedling,the seedling height and ground diameter reached the maximum,which were 84.23 cm and 8.18 mm,respectively,which are 1.39 times and 1.09 times of CK.When the amount of traditional fertilization was 1500 mg per seedling,The biomass of the seedlings reached the maximum value of 30.04 g,which was 1.86 times of CK;When the exponential fertilization amount was 4000 mg per seedling,the seedling height reached the maximum value of 85.46 cm,which was 1.41 times of CK.The amount of fertilization applied was At 2000 mg per seedling,the ground diameter and whole seedling biomass reached the maximum,8.19 mm and 36.16 g,respectively,which were 1.09 times and 2.24 times of CK.The nitrogen application amount of 2000 mg per seedling by exponential fertilization method is the most suitable for the growth of Z.schneideriana container seedlings in this experiment.
