情感忽视经历对大学生孤独感的影响

Influence of emotional neglect on the loneliness of college students

目的本研究旨在考察情感忽视对大学生孤独感的影响及友谊质量在其中的中介作用。方法采用情感忽视量表、友谊质量问卷、加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)孤独量表,这3个量表对贵州省某高等院校361名大学生进行问卷调查。结果情感忽视与友谊质量呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.01),友谊质量与孤独感呈负相关(r=-0.48,P<0.01),情感忽视与孤独感呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01);友谊质量在情感忽视与孤独感之间起部分中介作用(β=0.18,P<0.01)。结论情感忽视经历会影响大学生的友谊质量,使大学生感到孤独。学校和父母应积极关注和重视对孩子的情感需求,这有助于改善孩子的友谊质量和减少孤独感。

Objective This study aimed to examine the influence of emotional neglect on the loneliness among college students and the mediating role of friendship quality.Methods The emotional neglect scale,the friendship quality questionnaire,and the UCLA(Univesity of California at Los Angels loneliness scale)loneliness scale were used to investigate 361 college students in Guizhou province.Results Emotional neglect was negatively associated with friendship quality(r=-0.37,P<0.01),friendship quality was negatively associ-ated with loneliness(r=-0.48,P<0.01),emotional neglect was positively associated with loneliness(r=0.32,P<0.01);friendship quality played a partial mediation role in the relationship between emotional neglect and loneliness(β=0.18,P<0.01).Conclusion Emotional neglect can affect the friendship quality of college students,making college students feel lonely.Schools and parents should actively pay attention to the emotional needs of children,to help improve the quality of children′s friendships and their loneliness.
