摘要
目的为了探讨大学生归因方式、人际关系满意度与主观幸福感现状及三者之间的关系,并研究人际关系满意度的中介作用。方法选取来自南京3所大学的471名大学生作为研究对象,运用生活满意度量表、人际关系综合诊断量表、多维度-多归因因果量表进行施测。结果①大学生人际归因在能力、努力归因方面与人际关系满意度、主观幸福感呈正相关,运气、背景方面与主观幸福感呈负相关;②主观幸福感和人际关系满意度之间呈正相关;③人际关系满意度在归因方式与主观幸福感之间起中介作用。结论人际关系的困扰或良好归因于内部因素(努力、能力)的大学生有更高的人际关系满意度,能获得较高的主观幸福感。大学生对人际关系的归因是通过人际关系满意程度这一中介变量来影响主观幸福感的。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students′attributional style,inter-personal satisfaction related to subjective well-being,and the mediating role of interpersonal satisfaction.Methods Participants included 471 college students from three universities in Nanjing.They were measured using the following scales:Satisfaction with Life Scale,Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnostic Scale,and Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale.Results There was a significant positive correlation among ability and effort attribution,interpersonal satisfaction,and subjective well-being in interpersonal.A sig-nificant negative correlation was noted between luck,background,and subjective well-being,while a significant positive correlation was found between subjective well-being and interpersonal satisfaction.The relationship between the students′attributional style and subjective well-being was mediated by interpersonal satisfaction.Conclusion College students who attribute the status of troubled or good interpersonal relationships to internal factors(ability and effort)experience greater levels of interpersonal satisfaction and subjective well-being.College students′attributional style affects levels of subjectiv well-being through the mediating variable of interpersonal satisfaction.
