摘要
目的 探讨高三年级学生考前学习压力现状。方法 采用中学生学业压力源问卷对江苏省镇江市第一中学537名高三年级学生进行问卷调查。结果 高三年级学生考前学习压力按压力源强度排列依次为任务要求压力、期望压力、竞争压力、自我发展压力、挫折压力;学习压力在性别间差异无统计学意义(t=-0.68,P=0.50);学习压力在不同班级学生间差异有统计学意义(F=7.04,P<0.01)。结论 培养学生应对学习压力的能力,家长的心理支持以及学校良好的教育环境有利于学生更好地应对考前学习压力情况。
Objective To explore the current situation of the learning pressure from senior students of grade 3 before examinations.Methods A questionnaire survey regarding pressure sources was conducted among 537 students that were randomly chosen from certain high schools in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province.Results The learning pressure of senior students before the exam was ranked according to the intensity of stressors:mission requirement pressure,expectation pressure,competition pressure,self-development pressure,and frustration pressure.There was no statistical difference in learning pressure between gender(t=-0.68,P=0.50);there was a statistically significant difference in learning pressure among students in different classes(F=7.04,P<0.01).Conclusion Cultivating students to develop the ability to cope with the pressure of study.Psychological support from parents and a good educational environment are all beneficial for students to better cope with the learning pressure before examinations.
