摘要
目的 在贵阳市在校大学生抑郁情绪现状与生活事件关系研究的基础上,加入应对方式影响因素,通过构建结构方程模型,进一步探讨抑郁情绪相关的影响因素。方法 采用多阶段抽样的方法抽取1 350名在校大学生,运用Zung氏抑郁自评量表、青少年生活事件量表、特质应对方式问卷对抽取到的学生进行自填问卷式调查。结果 Logistic回归分析提示,负性人际关系事件(OR=1.383,P<0.05)、负性健康适应事件(OR=1.634,P<0.05)、其他负性事件(OR=1.452,P<0.05)、消极应对(OR=1.105,P<0.05)是抑郁情绪的危险因素。积极应对(OR=0.863,P<0.05)是抑郁情绪的保护因素。中介效应模型提示,消极应对在负性人际关系和抑郁情绪之间起完全中介作用;消极应对在负性健康适应和抑郁情绪之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的百分比为20%;积极应对在其他负性事件和抑郁情绪之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的百分比为18%。结论 根据抑郁情绪的影响因素及影响因素之间的相互作用关系,应及时采取有针对性的干预措施。
Objective Based on the research about the relationship between depression and life events of college students in Guiyang,this study added the coping style to explore the influencing factors of depression futher according to constructed structural equation model. Methods A total of 1 350 college students were selected according to multistage sampling and tested by Zung self-depression scale,Adolescents Self-Rating Life Events Checklist and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire. Results Binary unconditional Logistic regression showed that negative interpersonal events(OR =1.383,P <0.05), negative health adaptation events(OR =1.634, P <0.05),other negative events(OR=1.452,P<0.05) and negative coping style(OR=1.105,P <0.05) were risk factors of depression. Positive coping style(OR=0.863,P<0.05)was the protective factor of depression. The mediating effect model suggested that negative coping style played a complete mediating role between negative interper-sonal relationship and depression. Negative coping mediated the relationship partially between negative health adaptation and depression, and the mediating effect accounted for 20% of the total effect;Positive coping me-diated the relationship partially between other negative events and depression,and its mediating effect was 18%. Conclusion Targeted and timely intervention measures should be taken according to the influencing factors of depression and the interaction among them.
