多主体价值共创、创造性过程投入与数字化创新--以数字创意企业为例

Multi-subject Value Co-Creation,Creative Process Engagement and Digital Innovation

本文基于过程导向理论,分析了数字创意企业多主体价值共创影响企业数字化创新的过程机制。通过对396家数字创意企业的实证研究发现:个体创造性过程投入在多主体价值共创和企业数字化创新过程中产生了中介作用。其中,多主体价值共创通过个体的问题识别和创意产生促进企业的数字化创新,多主体价值共创通过个体的信息搜索和编码并未显著促进企业的数字化创新。本文结论对于数字创意企业深入探索多价值共创基础上数字创新的实现路径具有积极的启示作用。本文最后从完善对话、拓宽渠道和鼓励试错等角度提出了数字创意企业提升数字化创新的相关策略。

Based on the theory of process-oriented theory,this paper analyzes the process mechanism of multi-subject value co-creation of digital creative enterprises affecting digital innovation of enterprises.Through the empirical research on 396 digital creative enterprises,it is found that the individual creative process engagement has played an intermediary role in the process of multi-subject value co-creation and digital innovation of enterprises.Among them,multi-subject value co-creation promotes the digital innovation of enterprises through individual problem identification and creative generation,and multi-subject value co-creation does not significantly promote the digital innovation of enterprises through individual information search and coding.The conclusion of this paper has a positive enlightenment role for digital creative enterprises to deeply explore the realization path of digital innovation based on multi-value co-creation.Finally this paper puts forward relevant strategies for digital creative enterprises to improve digital innovation from the perspective of improving dialogue,broadening channels and encouraging trial and error.
