摘要
“双减”政策是新时代党中央站在实现中华民族伟大复兴战略高度作出的重要决策部署。“双减”政策对教师工作提出了新的挑战与要求,作为“双减”政策的直接实施者与落实者,教师应进一步提升课堂教学素养、作业设计素养、证据意识的评价素养、赋能学习者的数字信息素养与全方位的家校社协同育人素养。
The“double reduction”policy is an important decision and deployment made by the Central Committee of the Party in the new era from the strategic height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The“double reduction”policy has put forward new challenges and requirements for teachers’work.As the direct implementer of the“double reduction”policy,teachers should further improve the classroom teaching accomplishment,assignment design accomplishment,evaluation accomplishment of evidence consciousness,digital information accomplishment of enabling learners and all-round family-school-society cooperative education accomplishment.
