武夷学院园艺基地油菜地土壤因子分析

Analysis of Soil Factors in Rape Field of Horticultural Base in Wuyi University

武夷学院园艺试验基地栽培的油菜生长状况不均匀,出现叶片红化严重、植株矮小、病虫害严重、产量较低等症状。在植株栽培过程中,影响植株生长状况的因素诸多,该试验以探讨土壤因素为主,将园艺试验基地土壤作为研究对象,初步研究其土壤中有机物、速效氮磷钾含量等,分析土壤条件造成植株生长不良的原因。数据显示各样本间含水量、速效氮磷值并无太大差异,而土壤有机质、速效钾含量有明显差异,表明园艺实验基地的油菜生长状况不均匀,为今后园艺专业学生的栽培提出相关建议,并为进一步的土壤研究打下基础。

The growing condition of rape in the horticultural experimental base of Wuyi University was not uniform,and the symptoms such as serious red leaves,short plants,serious diseases and insect pests,and low yield appeared.In the course of plant cultivation,there are many factors that affect the growth of plant.This experiment mainly discusses the soil factors,taking the soil of the horticultural experimental base as the research object,and preliminarily studies the content of organic matter,available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil,etc.,the causes of poor plant growth caused by soil conditions were analyzed.The data showed that there were no significant differences in water content and available n and P values among the samples,but there were significant differences in soil organic matter and available k contents,which indicated that the growth of rapeseed in the horticultural experimental base was uneven.Some suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of horticulture majors in the future,which will lay a foundation for further soil research.
