高校网络舆情的生成逻辑、风险特点及应对策略研究

Generation Logic, Risk Characteristics and Coping Strategies of University Network Public Opinion

【目的/意义】深入探究高校网络舆情的生成逻辑和风险特点,提出科学有效的应对策略,对及时化解高校网络舆情风险危机、维护高校乃至社会安全稳定具有重要意义。【方法/过程】通过对突发事件导致的高校网络舆情产生、演化和发展的系统分析,明晰其生成机理,进而演绎归纳出高校网络舆情的风险特点,以此提出具有针对性、规范性和实用性的高校网络舆情风险管控与应对机制和模式。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,高校网络舆情生成演化遵循特定发展规律,具有意识形态化、焦点扩大化、传播裂变化、行为圈层化等风险特点,这为正确辨识高校网络舆情风险的发生发展及有效防范、管控和处置风险危机提供有力依据和科学指导。【创新/局限】研究并精准建构高校网络舆情"二维六素五阶"生成发展机理模型,探究并归纳出高校网络舆情的风险特点。高校网络舆情风险应对策略还需进一步做好实践应用层面的成效检验。

【Purpose/significance】It is of great significance to probe into the generating logic and risk characteristics of university network public opinion, and put forward scientific and effective coping strategies, which can timely resolve the risk crisis of university network public opinion and maintain the security and stability of universities and even society.【Method/process】Through the systematic analysis of the emergence, evolution and development of network public opinion of university emergencies, and clarifying its generating mechanism, the risk characteristics of university network public opinion are deduced, hereby a targeted, normative and practical risk management and response mechanism and mode are put forward.【Result/conclusion】The research results show that the generation and evolution of university network public opinion follow a specific development rule, and it has the risk characteristics of ideology, enlarged focus, propagating fission, layered behavior, etc., which provides a strong basis and scientific guidance for correctly identifying the occurrence and development of university network public opinion risk and effectively preventing, controlling, and dealing with risk crisis.【Innovation/limitation】The paper has studied and accurately construct the "two-dimensional, six elements and fivestage" generation and development mechanism model of university network public opinion, and has also explored and summarized the risk characteristics of it. Meanwhile the risk response strategy of university network public opinion needs to be further tested in the following practical application.
