基于有限元分析的某框架结构节点抗震加固方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济建设的快速发展,既有建筑结构改造加固工程越来越多.目前结构加固方法均较成熟,但针对某一具体工程应采用何种加固方法或称加固方法的优化是工程界值得探讨的技术问题.笔者以某大跨度框架结构厂房为例,基于有限元数值计算,探讨了采用不同加固方法的技术的可行性和优缺点.经过对相关技术性能指标对比分析,优选其加固方案.结果表明:增大截面加固法对梁柱节点承载力提高最大;碳纤维布加固法对整体框架的屈服强度提高最大;外包预应力钢带加固法对梁柱节点的耗能能力和延性性能有显著提高.对比分析认为,外包预应力钢带加固法较其他方法效果更好,应作为优选方案考虑. With the rapid development of the Chinese economy,the number of reconstruction and reinforcement projects of existing building structures has increased.At present,the methods of structural reinforcement are mature,but what kind of reinforcement method or optimization of reinforcement method should be adopted for a specific project is a technical problem worth discussing in the engineering field.In this paper,the technical feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement methods are discussed based on the finite element numerical calculation of a long-span frame structure workshop.Through comparative analysis of related technical performance indexes,the reinforcement scheme is optimized.The results show that the bearing capacity of the beam and column joints is increased the most by the method of increasing section.The yield strength of the whole frame is increased the most by the method of CFRP strengthening,and the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the beam and column joints are increased significantly by the method of externally prestressed steel belt strengthening.The comparative analysis shows that the externally prestressed steel belt reinforcement method is more effective than other methods and should be considered as a preferred scheme.
