摘要
基于干部"三项机制"(鼓励激励、容错纠错、能上能下)的视角,对高校中层干部绩效考核工作现状进行分析,针对干多干少、干好干坏无差异等问题,提出厘清考核理念、细分考核主体客体、优选考核方式方法、科学设置考核指标、刚性运用考核结果等对策,充分发挥高校中层干部绩效考核的功能,实现高校高质量发展之目标。
Viewed from the three mechanisms including incentivization,mistake tolerance and correction,and promotion and demotion,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of middle-level cadres at colleges.In view of the problems of no difference in doing more or less and doing well or not,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as clarifying the assessment concept,subdividing the assessment subject and object,optimizing the assessment styles and methods,scientifically setting the assessment indicators,and applying the effective assessment results,with an aim to give full play to the function of performance appraisal of college middle-level cadres and achieve the goal of high-quality development at colleges.
