摘要
随着扬州市区老年人对精神文化需求的不断提升,老年教育的供需矛盾日益显现。通过对扬州市开放大学老年学员的受教育现状及学习需求的调查,分析制约老年教育发展的相关因素,探讨通过拓宽办学途径、设置多元课程、开发适需教材及建设师资队伍等策略,以进一步推进市区老年教育发展。
With the continuous improvement of the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly in Yangzhou,the contradiction between supply and demand of geriatric education has become increasingly prominent.Based on the investigation on the current education status and learning needs of the elderly students in Yangzhou Open University,this paper analyzes the relevant factors restricting the development of aging education.Meanwhile,it comes up with some methods and strategies,including broadening the ways of running a school,setting diversified curriculum,developing suitable teaching materials and constructing of teaching staff,with a hope to further promote the development of urban elderly education.
