地方性开放大学发展老年教育初探

On the Development of Elderly Education in Local Open Universities

研究地方性开放大学发展老年教育的路径对于积极应对地方老龄化社会、打造和谐社会、构建终身教育体系意义重大。以扬州开放大学为例,通过分析老年教育的发现现状,查找不足,并针对性地提出加大老年教育重视程度、把握老年教育发展规律、积极投身社区老年教育事业、精心培育老年教育特色亮点、着力打造老年教育师资队伍等发展路径。

It is of great significance to study the path of developing elderly education in local open universities for actively coping with local aging society,building a harmonious society and constructing a lifelong education system.Taking Yangzhou Open University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of developing elderly education,and finds out the existing problems.Meanwhile,it puts forward the corresponding development paths,including attaching greater importance to the development of elderly education,understanding the law of developing elderly education,actively participating in the cause of community elderly education,carefully cultivating the highlights and characteristics of elderly education,and striving to build the teaching staff for elderly education.
