共情在高校辅导员谈心谈话工作中的运用探析——基于马斯洛需要层次理论

The Application of Empathy in College Counselors’Heart-to-heart Talk Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory

谈心谈话是高校辅导员对学生进行思想政治工作的重要方式。基于马斯洛需要层次理论,辅导员在谈心谈话中,可运用共情洞察学生的心理和情感,把握学生需要的新变化新趋势,克服工作中存在的简单粗暴等问题,并通过重情、知情、移情、表情和寄情等共情运用方式,增强谈心谈话的针对性和实效性,切实发挥谈心谈话对大学生的思想引领作用。

Heart-to-heart talk is an important way for college counselors to carry out ideological and political work for students.Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,the application of empathy can be used to gain insight into students’needs,and overcome the simple and rough problems existing in work.Counselors can enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk and effectively play the role of heart-to-heart talk in guiding the thinking of college students,by using empathy such as sentiment,knowing the truth,trans-positional consideration,expression and sustenance emotion,etc.
