社会资本视角下积极老龄化研究

Research on active aging from the perspective of social capital

积极老龄化是应对人口老龄化的科学理念,包含健康、参与和保障三个维度。社会资本是影响健康的重要因素,老年人能否有效获取和利用社会资本与其积极老龄化的实现密切相关。要实现积极老龄化的战略目标,需要广泛动员社会各界力量,营造政策和社会支持环境,强化积极老龄观;深度发掘和整合社会资本,促进老年人积极参与社会及社区活动;为老年人提供全方位健康保障。

Active aging is a scientific concept to deal with population aging,which includes three parts,such as health,participation and guarantee.Social capital is an important factor for health.Whether the elderly can effectively acquire and use social capital is closely related to the realization of active aging.In order to achieve the strategic goal of active aging,it is necessary to mobilize the forces of all sectors of society to create policy and social supportive environment,and strengthen active aging view;to explore and integrate social capital to promote the elderly to actively participate in social and community activities;and to provide comprehensive health care for the elderly.
