广西壮族自治区区、市级疾病预防控制中心卫生专业技术人员高校教学参与现况、愿意及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current status,willingness and influencing factors of in health professional technicians of distict and muruicipal CDCs Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region participating in teaching in colleges

目的分析广西壮族自治区、市级卫生专业技术人员高校教学参与现况、愿意、影响因素。方法采用在线调查的方式对广西壮族自治区、南宁市、柳州市、百色市4家疾病预防控制中心(center for disease control and prevention,CDC)的242名专业技术人员进行问卷调查。结果到高校参与过教学的专技人员占28.10%;不同职称者的参与率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.36,P=0.006),高级职称者参与率最低。74.80%的人愿意参与高校教学。专业、参与高校教学的必要性、时间是CDC专业技术人员参与高校教学意愿的影响因素。结论要培养出理论知识和专业技能较强的应用型预防医学专业人才,需要学生、高校、CDC及专业技术人员共同发力。

Objective To analyze the current status,willingness and influencing factors of health professional technicians participating in teaching in distict and municipal collefes in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods Conducting a questionnaire survey on 242 health professional technicians of centers for disease control control and prevention,i.e.Guangxi,Nanning,Liuzhou and Baise CDC(center for disease control and prevention).Results 28.10%professional technicians participated in teaching in colleges.There was significant difference in the participation rate among people with different professional qualifications(χ^(2)=10.36,P=0.006),of which the participation rate of senior professional qualifications was the lowest.74.80%people were willing to participate in teaching in colleges.Major,the necessity to participate in teaching in colleges and time were the influencing factors of the willingness of health professional technicians of CDC to participate in teaching in college.Conclusion In order to cultivate applied preventive medicine professionals with strong theoretical knowledge and professional skills,students,colleges,CDCs and health professional technicians should make joint efforts.
