丽水市社区高血压高危人群现状及应对策略

Current situation and coping strategies of high-risk groups of hypertension in the community in Lishui City

目的了解丽水市紫金街道社区卫生服务中心高血压高危人群的主要危险因素、暴露水平和人群分布特征。方法选取2021年3月1—31日上午到紫金街道社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检的628例高血压高危人群作为研究对象,询问其生活方式、疾病史等一般资料。整合高血压高危人群危险因素数据,分析可能发生高血压的主要危险因素,并提出应对策略。结果在628例高血压高危人群中,女性明显多于男性,不同性别间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=67.885,P<0.05)。肥胖299例,占47.61%;超重228例,占36.31%。年龄≥55周岁338例,占53.82%。≥2个危险因素者434例,占69.11%。结论紫金街道社区卫生服务中心高血压高危人群存在吸烟、过量饮酒、超重和肥胖、膳食钠摄入过多、身体活动不足等高血压危险因素。加强对高危人群的综合干预,有利于减少高血压导致的心脑血管疾病的发生,促进患者家庭及社会和谐发展。

Objective To know the main risk factors,exposure levels and population distribution characteristics of highrisk hypertension populations in community health service center,Zijin Street,Liandu District,Linshui City.Methods From March 1 to 31,2021,628 patients with high blood pressure under health examination in community health service center,Zijin Street,Liandu District were selected as research objects.The general information,such as lifestyle and history,was asked.Hypertension high-risk population risk factor data was integrated.Major risk factors of hypertension were analyzed.And coping strategies were proposed.Results In 628 high-risk population,women were significantly more than men,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=67.885,P<0.05).299 were obese,accounting for 47.61%.228 were overweight,accounting for 36.31%.338 were over 55 years old,accounting for 53.82%.There were 434 cases with one or more risk factors,accounting for 69.11%.Conclusion There are risk factors for hypertension in high-risk groups of hypertension in community health service center,Zijin Street,such as smoking,excessive drinking,overweight and obesity,excessive dietary sodium intake and insufficient physical activity.It is suggested to strenthen the comprehensive intervene of high risk population,reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by hypertension,and promote the harmonious development of patient’s family and the society.
