保存残根在全口义齿修复中的价值分析

Analysis on Value of Residual Root Preservation in Complete Denture Restoration

目的:探析全口义齿修复治疗过程中保留残根的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2019年3月北京市朝阳区团结湖社区卫生服务中心行全口义齿修复的60例患者,根据保留残根与否分为两组,对照组37例,观察组23例。对照组未保留残根,观察组给予保留残根治疗,对比两组近期修复稳定性、术前术后牙周组织指标及治疗不良反应率。结果:术后6个月,观察组牙槽骨高度丧失、不良反应率明显低于对照组,牙槽骨密度、近期修复稳定性优良率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保存残根进行全口义齿修复手术治疗效果显著,可有效提高近期修复稳定性,减轻牙槽骨吸收,降低不良反应率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of residual root preservation in the process of complete denture restoration.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing complete denture restoration in Tuanjiehu Community Health Service Center of Chaoyang District of Beijing from April 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the presence/absence of residual root.There were 37 cases in the control group and 23 cases in the observation group.The control group did not preserve residual root and the observation group preserved residual root.The short-term repair stability,periodontal tissue index before and after operation and the rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6 months after operation,alveolar bone loss and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while alveolar bone density and excellent and good rate of short-term repair stability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of complete denture restoration surgery based on preserved residual roots is significant,which can effectively improve the short-term stability,reduce alveolar bone absorption,and reduce the rate of adverse reactions.
