奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Omeprazole Combined with Hydrotalcite in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer with Gastric Bleeding

目的:探析胃溃疡合并胃出血患者接受奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗的临床效果。方法:将2019年10月-2020年11月孝感市孝南区车站街社区卫生服务中心接收的70例胃溃疡合并胃出血患者纳入本次研究,按患者入院编号实施分组,前35个编号患者选为对照组,接受奥美拉唑单独治疗;后35个编号患者选为观察组,接受奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组症状改善时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生腹泻、口干等不良反应患者3例,发生率8.57%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05)。结论:胃溃疡合并胃出血患者接受奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗,患者病痛缓解效果好,疗效强于奥美拉唑单独治疗,进一步缩短了患者的治疗时间。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in patients with gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding.Methods:From October 2019 to November 2020,70 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding received in Chezhan Street Community Health Service Center of Xiaonan District of Xiaogan were included in this study.The patients were grouped according to their admission numbers.The first 35 patients were selected as the control group and treated with omeprazole alone,and the last 35 patients were selected as the observation group and treated with omeprazole plus hydrotalcite.Results:The symptom improvement time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Three patients had adverse reactions of diarrhea and dry mouth in the observation group,and the incidence was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gastric ulcer combined with gastric bleeding receive omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite treatment.The pain relief effect is better,the curative effect is better than that of omeprazole alone,and the treatment time of patients is further shortened.
