腹腔镜下无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Laparoscopic Tension-Free Herniorrhaphy in Treating Elderly Inguinal Hernia

目的:探讨分析老年腹股沟疝患者开展腹腔镜下无张力疝修补手术治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年2月-2021年3月邳州市中医院86例老年腹股沟疝患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例,对照组行李金斯坦疝修补手术治疗,研究组实施腹腔镜下腹股沟区无张力疝修补手术治疗,对比两组的治疗总有效率、术中出血量、手术时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及生活质量评分。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术中出血量、手术时间、首次下床活动时间,以及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的生理功能评分指标、生理职能评分指标、躯体疼痛评分指标、一般健康状况评分指标、精力评分指标、社会功能评分指标、情感职能评分指标,以及精神健康评分指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年腹股沟疝气患者实施腹腔镜下无张力疝修补手术治疗,可以优化患者的临床手术指标,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy for elderly patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2021,86 elderly patients with inguinal hernia in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given Lichtenstein herniorrhaphy surgery,and the study group was given laparoscopic tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy surgery.The total effective rate of treatment,amount of intraoperative blood loss,the duration of the operation,the first ambulation time,the duration of hospitalization,and the quality of life score between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the duration of the operation,the first ambulation time,and the duration of hospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The physiological function scoring index,physiological performance scoring index,limb pain scoring index,general health condition scoring index,vital scoring index,social function scoring index,emotional function scoring index,and mental health scoring index of the study group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic tension-free herniorrhaphy surgery for elderly patients with inguinal hernia can optimize clinical surgical indexes and improve the quality of life.
