不同时限视频脑电图对小儿癫痫的诊断效果观察

Observation on Diagnostic Effect of Video Electroencephalogram with Different Time Limits in Children with Epilepsy

目的:评价小儿癫痫使用不同时限视频脑电图诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月山东省枣庄市妇幼保健院接受治疗的癫痫患儿35例为研究对象,展开不同时限视频脑电图诊断,评价不同时限视频脑电图诊断小儿癫痫的临床价值。结果:对1、3、5、8、12、24 h等不同时限视频脑电图进行对比,5 h癫痫样放电波较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诱发小儿癫痫发作的主要因素中,围生期脑损伤发生率(45.71%),高于神经皮肤综合征、先天性脑器官发育异常、中枢神经系统感染;中枢神经系统感染发生率最低,仅占比11.43%;癫痫类型有强直-阵挛发作17例,失神发作10例,强直发作2例,痉挛发作6例,均有不同的视频脑电图特点。结论:小儿癫痫使用不同时限视频脑电图诊断效果良好,可获取所需数据,为临床评估病情提供参考资料,辅助医生治疗。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of video electroencephalogram with different time limits in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 35 children with epilepsy treated in Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the video electroencephalogram diagnosis with different time limits was carried out to evaluate the clinical value of video electroencephalogram with different time limits in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy.Results:The video electroencephalogram with different time limits at 1,3,5,8,12,and 24 hours was compared,the epileptiform discharge waves were higher at 5 hours,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the main factors inducing epileptic seizures in children,the incidence of perinatal brain injury(45.71%)was higher than that of neurocutaneous syndrome,congenital brain organ dysplasia and central nervous system infection,and the incidence of central nervous system infection was the lowest,accounting for only 11.43%.Seizure types included tonic-clonic seizures in 17 cases,absence seizures in 10 cases,tonic seizures in 2 cases,general convulsive seizures in 6 cases,with different video electroencephalogram characteristics.Conclusion:Video electroencephalogram with different time limits in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy can achieve good effect and obtain the required data,which provide reference for clinical evaluation of the disease and assist doctors in treatment.
