标准化医护沟通模式对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者满意度的影响

Effect of Standardized Medical Communication Model on Satisfaction of Patients with Bipolar Disorder Manic Episode

目的:分析标准化医护沟通模式(SBAR)用于双相情感障碍躁狂发作(BDME)患者护理中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年8月滕州市精神卫生中心收治的87例BDME患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(45例)。对照组予以常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加SBAR,统计患者躁狂水平变化情况、认知水平变化情况及护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,两组患者的躁狂水平评分均实现了显著降低,但观察组评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过护理后,两组患者视觉再现评分、逻辑记忆评分、词语配对评分及图形重置评分均实现了一定程度的提升,但观察组评分显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床护理满意率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:SBAR用于BDME患者护理中能实现较好的临床效果,患者躁狂评分较低,认知水平评分较高,且满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of standardized medical communication model(situation,background,assessment,recommendation;SBAR)in the nursing of bipolar disorder manic episode(BDME)patients.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with BDME treated in Tengzhou Mental Health Center from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing methods.The observation group was given SBAR on the basis of routine nursing.The mania level change,cognition level change and nursing satisfaction of patients were counted.Results:After nursing,the mania level scores of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the visual reproduction score,logical memory score,word pairing score and graphic reset score of patients in the two groups were improved to a certain extent.The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SBAR can achieve better clinical effect in the nursing of BDME patients,with low mania score,high cognition level score and high satisfaction.
