摘要
由于武器装备、信息安全等领域对自毁器件的重大需求,对外界环境能产生响应的自毁型聚合物受到了人们的重点关注。所谓自毁聚合物(SIPs)是指在特定外界环境刺激下,聚合物产生程序化的解聚反应,以熔化、液化、蒸发等方式使其自毁并消失。聚乙醛酸乙酯是近年来可自毁聚合物的研究热点之一,其具有多刺激响应、固态下快速解聚、降解产物无毒害等显著优势,在智能封装、传感器、药物控释等领域具有明确的应用前景。文中系统综述了聚乙醛酸乙酯的自毁机理、合成方法、改性策略及应用发展等内容,对聚乙醛酸乙酯的国内外研究现状进行了梳理,并对这一热点新兴领域未来发展的机遇与挑战进行了展望。
Due to great demands for self-immolative devices in the fields of weapon equipment and information security,self-immolative polymers which can produce response to external environments have attracted much attention.Self-immolative polymers(SIPs)refer to the polymers produce programmed depolymerization reaction under the stimulation of specific external environment,which causes the polymers to self-immolative and disappear by melting,liquefaction,evaporation,etc.Poly(ethyl glyoxylate)is one of the research hotspots of self-immolative polymers in recent years,shows the remarkable advantages of multiple stimulus responses,rapid depolymerization in solid state and non-toxic degradation products,so it has a clear application prospect in intelligent packaging,sensors,drug controlled release and biological fields.In this paper,the self-immolative mechanism,synthesis method,modification strategy and application development of poly(ethyl glyoxylate)were systematically reviewed,and the future development opportunities and challenges of this hot emerging field were also prospected.
