单丝聚酯疝补片应用于腹股沟疝修补术的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究单丝聚酯疝补片用于腹股沟疝修补的安全性及有效性。方法选取行单侧腹股沟疝修补术的30例患者,分为试验组采用聚酯补片,对照组使用聚丙烯补片。比较两组疗效、产品安全性和不良反应事件。结果基线资料差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后随访1~6个月,两组间均无复发。术后异物感评分和第三个月随访异物感评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后感染率,生殖系统并发症及不良反应均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单丝聚酯疝补片在腹股沟疝修补术中的疗效非劣于聚丙烯补片,在腹股沟疝修复中使用单丝轻量化大网孔聚酯疝补片行开放手术是安全有效的。 Objective To verify the safety and effectiveness of"monofilament polyester hernia mesh"in inguinal hernia repair.Methods Thirty patients who underwent unilateral inguinal hernia repair were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in experimental group were treated with polyester hernia patch while those in control group were treated with polypropylene hernia patch.The efficacy,product safety and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in baseline data between two groups(P>0.05).There was no recurrence in both groups during the follow-up of 1~6 months after operation.However,there was significant difference in the postoperative foreign body sensation score and the third month follow-up foreign body sensation score between different two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the postoperative infection rate,reproductive system complications and adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of monofilament polyester hernia patch in inguinal hernia repair is not inferior to polypropylene patch.It is safe and effective to use monofilament lightweight large mesh polyester hernia patch for open surgery in inguinal hernia repair.
