Strategies for Cultivating Good Teachers'Scientific Research Ability in Middle Schools in Bbig Countries

大国良师就是新时代理想教育的先行者,教育科研是新时代中学教师的重要能力之一,中学大国良师的科研能力培养是新时代教育发展的必然趋势。教师科研能力培养对新课程改革的推进、学校教学质量的提高以及教师的成长具有重要意义。我国目前面临的现状是中学教师科研能力尤为薄弱。通过文献研究、问卷调查的方法了解中学教师科研现状及存在的问题。然后针对性地从增强教师科研意识、定期进行科研培训、加强科研团队建设和构建学术交流平台四个方面提出培养策略。

Good teachers in big countries are the pioneers of ideal education in the new era.Educational scientific research is one of the important abilities of middle school teachers in the new era.The cultivation of scientific research ability of good teachers in middle schools in big countries is the inevitable trend of educational development in the new era.The cultivation of teachers'scientific research ability is of great significance to the promotion of the new curriculum reform,the improvement of school teaching quality and the growth of teachers.The current situation of our country is that the scientific research ability of middle school teachers is particularly weak.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper understands the current situation and existing problems of middle school teachers'scientific research.Then it puts forward training strategies from four aspects:enhancing teachers'scientific research awareness,regular training of scientific research ability,strengthening the construction of scientific research team and building an academic exchange platform.
