摘要
为进一步拓展针织结构材料在防刺领域的应用,通过电脑横机制备了一系列纬编衬纬织物,研究衬纬纱、地组织、纱线捻度和多层织物的叠层方式对纬编衬纬织物准静态防刺性能的影响。结果表明:当无捻AF-1作地纱,无捻AF-2作衬纬纱,1+1双罗纹组织作地组织时,纬编衬纬织物具有最佳的准静态防刺性能。采用叠层方式Ⅲ可以赋予多层织物系统相对更高、更均衡的多向防护性能,最适合应用于实际。为针织防刺织物的结构优化设计提供参考。
In order to further expand the application of knitted material in the field of stab resistance,a series of weft-knitted insertion fabrics were prepared on a computerized flat knitting machine.The effects of inlay thread,ground pattern,yarn twist and stacking sequence of multilayer fabrics on the quasi-static stab resistance of the fabric were studied.The test results show that the weft-knitted insertion fabric has the best quasi-static stab resistance when untwisted AF-1 used as ground yarn,untwisted AF-2 as inlay thread and 1+1 interlock as ground pattern.For multilayer system,stacking sequence 3 can endow it relatively higher and more balanced multi-directional protection performance,which is most suitable for practical application.The research content is expected to provide a reference for the structural optimization design of stab resistance fabric with knitted structure.
