新形势下地方应用型高校高质量发展之策--以苏北地区Y学院为例

A Case Study of the Strategies for High-quality Development of Local Applied Universities

应用型大学的出现,是一个国家现代工业文明发达的标志。地方应用型高校服务于地方经济发展,同时又依靠发展的地方经济来支撑,校地共生,共同繁荣。实践表明:校地深度融合是建设一流应用型高校的现实路径,也是地方应用型高校高质量发展之道。建设一流学科、形成具有自身特色的学科科研和人才培养模式,建设能够体现学生成长和未来发展的教育质量文化,实现教育对学生科研素养、综合素质、实践能力与创新意识等方面的目标要求,正是地方应用型本科高校高质量发展的题中应有之义。

The emergence of applied universities is a symbol of a country’s development of modern industrial civilization.Applied universities serve the development of local economy,and at the same time rely on its development to support themselves.Universities and local governments can coexist and prosper together.The practice shows that the deep integration of universities and local governments is the realistic way to build and develop a first-class applied university.It is suggested to build a first-class discipline,form a discipline scientific research model with its own characteristics,build an education quality culture that can reflect students’growth and future development,and realize the objectives and requirements of education on students’scientific research literacy,comprehensive quality,practical ability and innovative consciousness,which is the meaning of the high-quality development of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
