基于能力培养的地方高校旅游管理专业课程改革

A Case Study of Curriculum Reform of Tourism Management Specialty in Local Colleges and Universities Based on Ability Training

通过对肇庆学院旅游管理专业课程设置分析研究,结果显示,地方高校旅游管理专业课程设计“广而博”,存在理论知识与实践脱节、核心能力不明显、核心理念不突出、部分课程内容重复以及实践能力培养方式有待完善等问题。基于应用型人才培养突出能力导向的特点,本研究提出旅游管理专业课程体系改革,即从基本素质技能教育、行业基本常识以及行业基本技能板块进行基本能力培养,围绕行业综合技能以及实践能力进行核心能力训练,以行业创新与行业发展研究课程培养学生的专业核心能力。

Through the research and analysis of the curriculum of tourism management specialty of Zhaoqing University,it can be seen that the curriculum design of tourism management specialty in local colleges and universities is“broad and extensive”,and there are disconnections between theoretical knowledge and practice,lack of core competence and prominent core concepts,the contents of some courses are repeated and the way to cultivate practical ability needs to be improved.Based on the ability-oriented characteristics highlighted in the training of applied talents,this study proposes the reform of the curriculum system for tourism management,that is,basic ability training from basic quality skills education,industry basic knowledge and skills,focusing on industry comprehensive skills and practical ability.Core competency training should be conducted with industry innovation and development research courses adopted so as to cultivate students’professional core competencies.
