Diagnosis of a case of chicken-derived adenovirus type 8a infection

2021年9月,贵州黔东南某养鸡场90日龄鸡发病,发病率约70%,病死率约65%,为弄清发病原因,根据发病鸡临床表现及剖检变化特征,结合实验室细菌分离培养及疑似疾病的病原核酸检测,最终将该病诊断为鸡源8a型腺病毒感染,本研究旨在为鸡腺病毒感染的诊断提供参考依据。

In September 2021,90-day-old chickens became ill,from a chicken farm in Qiandongnan,Guizhou,with a morbidity rate of about 70%and a fatality rate of about 65%.Laboratory bacterial isolation and culture and the detection of pathogenic nucleic acid of suspected disease,and finally diagnosed the disease as chicken-derived adenovirus type 8a infection.This study aims to provide a reference for diagnosis of chicken adenovirus infection.
