农村成人创业教育的路径思考:基于国外经验的考察

The Path of Entrepreneurship Education for Rural Adults:Based on the OverseasExperiences

在“大众创业、万众创新”的战略背景和联合国可持续发展目标的指导下,开展农村创业教育是新时期解决“三农”问题的新思路,也是实现乡村振兴、巩固脱贫攻坚成果的应然选择。在考察国外农村创业教育项目经验的基础上,结合我国乡村振兴的时代背景和发展实际,提出未来我国应从体制机制健全、教育方案定制、教育资质规定,以及教育数据库搭建等四方面构建中国特色的农村成人创业教育体系,以发挥创业教育之于农村的扶贫、发展及赋能的功能。

Under the strategic background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"and the guidance of the United Nations'sustainable development goals,carrying out rural entrepreneurship education is not only a new idea to solve the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era,but also a natural choice to promote rural revitalization and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.Based on the experience of foreign rural entrepreneurship education projects,combined with the background and development reality of China's rural construction,this paper puts forward that in the future,China should build a rural adult entrepreneurship education system with Chinese characteristics from four aspects:system and mechanism improvement,education scheme customization,education qualification regulations and education database construction,so as to give full play to the role of entrepreneurship education in rural poverty alleviation,development,and empowerment.
