握药疗法联合耳穴贴压对阴虚肿瘤患者不寐的整合治疗效果观察

Effect of holding medicine combined with auricular-plaster therapy in treating insomnia patients with tumor differentiated as yin deficiency

目的比较握药疗法联合耳穴贴压整合疗法与艾司唑仑治疗阴虚肿瘤患者不寐的疗效。方法选取阴虚肿瘤患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组予常规护理和口服艾司唑仑片;试验组在常规护理基础上采用握药疗法联合耳穴贴压整合治疗。评估干预前和干预1、2个疗程后2组的睡眠质量总评分、各维度评分。结果干预1个疗程后,试验组睡眠质量总评分和各维度评分均低于对照组,且低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2个疗程后,试验组睡眠质量总评分和各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论握药疗法联合耳穴贴压的整合治疗可有效改善阴虚肿瘤患者不寐情况,不良反应少,应用效果优于艾司唑仑。

Objective To compare the effect between integrated therapy by holding medicine combined with auricular-plasteRtherapy and estazolam in treating insomnia patients with tumoRdifferentiated as Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 100 patients with tumoRdifferentiated as yin deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and orally taken estazolam tablets,while the experimental group was given integrated therapy by holding medicine combined with auricular-plasteRtherapy.The total score of sleep quality and the scores of each dimension were evaluated in both groups before the intervention and afteRthe first and second courses of intervention.Results AfteRone course of intervention,the total score and each dimension score of sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly loweRthan those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).AfteRtwo courses of intervention,the total score of sleep quality and the scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were significantly loweRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated therapy by holding medicine combined with auricular-plasteRtherapy can effectively improve the insomnia of patients with tumoRdifferentiated as yin deficiency,it has less adverse reactions,and betteRefficacy than estazolam.
