缩宫素在妇产科手术中的应用及对血流动力学影响的研究进展

Research progress of application of oxytocin in gynecological and obstetric surgery and its effect on hemodynamics

缩宫素是预防和治疗子宫弛缓的常用药物,可以采用肌肉注射或静脉注射。缩宫素使用不当可引发心血管系统不良反应,如低血压、心动过速及心肌缺血等。低剂量缩宫素缓慢静脉注射可缓解产妇血流动力学的变化程度。在妇产科手术中,使用缩宫素时需密切关注患者血流动力学的变化,特别是术前合并血流动力学不稳定的患者。本研究回顾缩宫素在妇产科手术中的应用及其对心血管系统的影响,为缩宫素的合理应用提供参考。

Oxytocin is a commonly used drug foRthe prevention and treatment of uterine atony,which can be injected intramuscularly oRintravenously.ImpropeRuse of oxytocin can cause adverse cardiovasculaRreactions,such as hypotension,tachycardia and myocardial ischemia.Slow intravenous injection of low dose oxytocin can alleviate the changes of maternal hemodynamics.In gynecological and obstetric surgery,we should pay close attention to the changes of hemodynamics when using oxytocin,especially in patients with hemodynamic instability before operation.This study reviewed the application of oxytocin in gynecological and obstetric surgery and its effect on cardiovasculaRsystem,so as to provide reference foRthe rational application of oxytocin.
