社会公用计量标准是指县级以上人民政府计量行政部门组建的,作为统一本地区量值的依据,并对社会实施计量监督具有公证作用的各项计量标准。本数据集收集整理中国计量科学研究院、中国测试技术研究院、各地省市计量院以及国家专业计量站等多家计量技术机构数据,共4438条。数据主要包括计量标准名称、社会公用计量标准证书号、保存机构、测量扩展不确定度/准确度、测量范围等重要权威信息。数据类型涵盖了几何量、热学、力学、电磁学、无线电、光学、声学、时间频率、电离辐射、化学等专业,数据全面、信息权威。社会公用计量标准数据集可为科技研发、产品制造、贸易结算、安全防护、医疗卫生、生态环境等生产生活提供数据支撑。

Public metrological standards refer to various measurement standards which serve as the role of notarization in the implementation of metrology supervision in the society and the basis for standardization of the local measurement values.They are established by the measurement administrative department of the people's government above the county level.This data set collects and sorts out 4438 pieces of data of many metrological technology institutions,including the National Institute of Metrology,China,National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology,institutes of metrology in various provinces and cities,and national professional metrology stations.The data mainly includes authoritative information such as the standard names of metrology,public metrological standard certificate numbers,storage organizations,the measurement expansion uncertainty/accuracy,measurement ranges,etc.Data types include geometry,calorifics,mechanics,electromagnetism,radio,optics,acoustics,time and frequency,ionizing radiation,chemistry,etc.The data is comprehensive and authoritative.The public metrological standard data set can provide data for scientific and technological research and development,product manufacturing,trade settlement,safety protection,medical and health,ecological environment,etc.
