制导炮弹膛内转速特性建模及仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对制导炮弹炮口转速过高导致尾翼在张开过程受损的问题,对制导炮弹膛内运动过程中的受力情况与转速规律进行研究,建立了火炮零维内弹道数学仿真模型和膛内运动受力模型,分析了影响制导炮弹膛内转速的因素,为制导炮弹炮口转速设计和改进提供了参考依据。以某制导炮弹为例,对提出的改善制导炮弹膛内转速方法进行了数学仿真计算,通过飞行试验对比验证了仿真模型的正确性。 Aiming at the problem that the tail wing is damaged in the process of opening due to the high muzzle rotationalspeed of the guided projectile,the force and rotational speed law of the guided projectile in the process of moving in-bore are studied.The zero dimensional interior ballistic mathematical simulation model and the force model of the motion in-bore are established.The factors influencing the muzzle rotationalspeed of the guided projectile are analyzed,which provides a reference for the design and improvement of the muzzle rotationalspeed of the guided projectile basis.Taking a guided projectile as an example,the mathematical simulation of the proposed method to improve the rotationalspeed of guidance projectile is carried out,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified by flight test.
